Step1: Crate Import File
1. Create Attribute Group Import File
2. Create Attribute Import File
3. Create Value Set Import File
4. Create Value Set Values Import File
Step2: Perform File Import
1. File Import and Export page to upload content to or download content from the document repository of Oracle WebCenter Content
2. Tools > File Import and Export
3. Upload following File.
a. Attribute Group Import File
b. Attribute Import File
c. Value Set Import File
Step3 : Import from Deploy item Extensible FF
- Deploy Item Extensible Flexfields
3.Enter file names with .txt extension
4.Process data file.
Step4: Crate Import File for Value Sets Values
1. Create Value set values import File
2. Import Value Set values
3. Tools > File Import and Export
4. Import Value set values file
4.Manage Value Sets
a. Import
Click on Import
b. Enter File name with .txt extension
Click on Upload
