How to create ADFBDI template for updating Job and Department of Works

Step 1: Login to the fusion application

Step2: Click on Navigator icon and Click on My Team and then Click on Data Exchange

Step 3: Under HCM Spreadsheet data loader click on Spreadsheet Template

Step 4: Click on Create

Step 5: Create Template and follow same naming convention as in the screenshot.

Name : Worker

Code: WORKER

Business Object: Worker

Supported Action: Create and Update

Click on: Ok

Step 6: In the Define tab

1. Status : Active

2. Upload Data As: Elevated User

Step 7: in Design tab select below attribute move them to Selected Region.

  1. Select each attribute from attribute group. For example, Effective start date and person number can be found from Worker attribute group

Step 8: Click on Validate and Save

Step 9: Click on Preview: to download the template.

Step 10: Login ADFBDI template

Step 11: Create New Data Set

Step 13: Enter Data

Step 14: Save and upload.

Step 15 : Monitor the Progress

Step 16: Verify the Worker records
